Engagement sessions are always a blast because the love the couple shares is so vibrant and visible. This was certainly the case for Kristen and Shaphan, they were a great easy going couple whose love was palpable. Their session was so much fun and I wish them the best!
On this beautiful late summer day Kristi and Jim said “I do” in a rural Pennsylvania setting that was rustic and gorgeous. Their vows were heartfelt, and the love was evident among everyone present. It was such a pleasure to be able to capture their special day.
Recently, I had to opportunity to shoot a new and upcoming band in the Pittsburgh music scene. Their name is Saybrook and they played down at the Smiling Moose on Carson Street on Pittsburgh’s famous South Side. The venue may not have been huge but the music filled the entire place. It was a great night and I’m thrilled I had the chance to capture one of their events!
Having the opportunity to photgraph maternity sessions are always some of the sweetest times. It is that in between phase where the expectant couple are overjoyed and the love they share is always so apparent. This particular session was extra special to me personally since this lovely couple is part of my family. It was a privilege and an honor to capture these pictures for them.

Fall is such a great time to photograph in the outdoors. I loved how Jerrica wanted all the aspects of the season in her maternity shoot. She is stunning and her love and happiness absolutely shines through!
In 2013 my good friend Jess found out that she was pregnant with her first child. She and her husband were overjoyed and could not wait for little William to enter their lives. I was honored that she chose me to capture these precious moments with her and I hope she will cherish them forever.
